Contract Agreement

Should you decide to use our web site services, we will
   provide a simple contract document (email) detailing    your customer requirements and specifying our Terms    and Conditions together with the cost for delivery of    the services you have requested.

The Contract Agreement will cover the three phases of      our service provision:

• Site architecture and content design
• Domain name registration and hosting
• Maintenance plan - type and duration

Additionally the contract will specify, in broad terms, the content that you will provide to us representing the aims and objectives of your site. Also your preferred layout and colour scheme preferences.

The contract will also contain functionality ‘extras’ that you may have chosen from our price list. ‘Embedded’ extras are features wholly contained within a site page, whilst Server-Side extras are features added to the site, but which require an external server to support their functionality.

For large/complex sites, we may ask you for an up front deposit of 20%  of the architecture and content design element, refundable should we default on the agreement.  Full payment is required prior to domain name registration and upload of your web site.
